The strategic partnership between Swisscom and Ericsson, established in 2017, has positioned Swisscom as the leader in mobile network performance within Switzerland, consistently ranking #1 in major benchmarks. 

Through innovation and collaboration, Swisscom has achieved several milestones, including reclaiming the #1 position in 2017, launching Europe’s first commercial 5G network in 2019, reaching 99% 5G coverage in 2025, and achieving their highest ever connect Mobile Network Test benchmark score in 2025.
