TimelessMind, April 2015
We announced the completion of our acquisition of TimelessMind, a Canada-based consulting and systems integration company specializing in applications integration and applications modernization technologies. The acquisition provides access to a flexible, cloud-based intranet enterprise solution, applications integration platform and an application modernization tool set that delivers high-quality modernized solutions across service provider IT and Network domains.
Ambient, October 2014
Ambient's innovative platform enables utilities to deploy and integrate multiple smart grid applications and technologies, in parallel on a single communications infrastructure. The acquisition increases Ericsson's ability to help utilities maximize their investments in smart grids.
Sentilla, October 2014
We are pleased to add Sentilla's software solutions and technology to our portfolio as we continue to accelerate our leadership in enhanced measurement and monitoring capabilities of the performance of hybrid computing environments. We are pleased to add Fabrix Systems competence, customers and highly advanced software portfolio for cloud storage, computing and network delivery for video applications. This acquisition further extends Ericsson's leading TV and media portfolio with a cloud based scale out storage and computing platform focused on providing a simple, tightly integrated solution optimized for media storage, processing and delivery applications such as cloud digital video recorder (DVR) and video-on-demand (VOD) expansion.

Through the acquisition of Red Bee Media, Ericsson gained 1,500 highly skilled employees as well as media services and operations facilities in the UK, France, Germany, Spain and Australia. Ericsson adds to its extensive list of high-profile broadcast services customers and the UK becomes a major global media hub for the company.

Technicolor Broadcast Services Division, July 2012
The acquisition of Technicolor Broadcast Services Division expands Ericsson's managed services capabilities and footprint in the broadcasting area. The acquisition adds approximately 900 highly skilled professionals and playout operations in three European countries (France, UK and the Netherlands) in addition to several contracts with leading broadcasters. Ericsson invests in becoming the leading provider in managed services for broadcasters.
BelAir Networks, April 2012
As of April 2, 2012, we have acquired BelAir Networks. BelAir Networks is the recognized market leader in service provider class wireless broadband with large-scale deployments for cellular operators as well as cable operators . BelAir proven carrier grade equipment include indoor and outdoor access points, Wi-Fi controllers and Wi-Fi Network Management System. This acquisition gives Ericsson a strong carrier-grade Wi-Fi portfolio as well as technological expertise in the area.

The acquisition of Telcordia reinforces and expands Ericsson's position as leading player in operations support systems/business support systems (OSS/BSS) market with key position in service fulfilment, assurance, network optimization and real-time charging. Telcordia provides core competence and a leading market position within the OSS/BSS field – Ericsson brings global presence, service capabilities and leadership in OSS, charging and billing solutions.
Optimi, December 2010
The acquisition of Optimi brings further capability and broadens customer base in multi-vendor network management and optimization business to Ericsson. It will also strengthen Ericsson capabilities in network modernization and 4G introduction, with focus on multi-technology Self-Organizing network.
