We strive to be a gender intelligent organization that recognizes and value the differences everyone brings to the workplace. Over the past few years, we have made steady progress in especially increasing the number of women at senior-level positions.

At the end of 2019 we could see a two percent point increase of female employees in our overall workforce. We were also happy to see that the investment to senior leadership has lead us to another increase in the bracket of executives, now accounting for 32%.
