By bridging the gap between development and operations, SRE team applies software engineering principles to effectively manage live systems, ensuring they meet or exceed established performance and availability targets.
In support of customer commitments, the On-Demand SRE team takes ownership of continuous monitoring, proactive alerting, incident management, and responsive customer support. Our comprehensive incident process, covering everything from detection and remediation to post-incident review, allows us to restore service promptly while building long-term reliability.
