Luca Orsini

Luca Orsini is a seasoned leader driving connectivity innovation across Europe, Middle East and Africa as the Head of Customer Unit North Europe at Ericsson since July 2025.

With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Luca has excelled in various leadership roles, including Head of Network and Managed Services at Ericsson (2024-2025) for Europe and Latin America and President and Representative Director of Ericsson Japan (2020-2024).

From 2017 to 2019 he led the Network area for Market Area North East Asia, and before undertaking those positions, he held different responsibilities across business development, technical support, service and product sales and solution management in Japan and Asia.

His journey with Ericsson began in Italy in 1999, evolving through diverse business areas and responsibilities, fueled by a master’s degree in electronic engineering from the University of La Sapienza in Rome. Luca's strategic vision and technical acumen continue to shape Ericsson's mission to revolutionize connectivity worldwide.
