Background: In his previous role as Head of Legal for Johnson & Johnson’s high-growth markets, Filippo managed legal services across multiple markets in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He played a pivotal role in shaping strategies, managing complex crisis and litigations, and supporting business expansions. His leadership was instrumental in redesigning operating models within the Middle East and Africa, navigating the COVID-19 pandemic, partnering with governments to enable vaccine supply, and coordinating responses to the Russia-Ukraine war.

Håkan Cervell

Background: Prior to his appointment as Head of Customer Unit Saudi Arabia, Håkan was Head of Customer Unit stc, Saudi Arabia and Egypt since September 2022, and worked for 13 years in Sweden in areas of Research & Development (R&D), Project management and Product management.

As of May 1st, 2025, he expanded his leadership role by being appointed Vice President and Head of Cloud Software and Services for Ericsson across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. In his current role, La Riccia is responsible for driving business growth and seizing market opportunities, with a particular focus on digital transformation and cloud domains.

Background: Petra Schirren has been appointed as the Vice President & Head of Customer Unit Gulf. A seasoned telecommunications leader of more than 25 years, Petra has held executive roles in sales, technology, commercial operations, and finance across a wide range of geographies, including Australia, China, India, Southeast Asia and Sweden.

Todd Ashton

Background: Todd started his career in financial consulting and then moved to Verizon in the United States. In 1998 he joined the Ericsson Group as part of the Ericsson Hewlett-Packard joint venture in Sweden. During his more than 25 years at Ericsson, Todd has held various senior leadership roles across the company.
