Majda Lahlou Kassi

Majda has over 27 years of experience in Telecoms and IT and an extensive knowledge of Africa and Middle East Region. Prior to her appointment as Vice President and Head of Customer Unit West and Southern Africa, she was Head of Customer Unit West Africa and Morocco leading a team driving business across 23 countries.

Since she joined Ericsson in 1998, she has held several senior leadership roles in technology, sales, strategy, and operations and worked in various countries across Africa, Middle East and Iberia.

Majda is a passionate and enthusiastic leader, with a strong track record of driving growth, helping customers succeed, and building high performing teams. She is deeply committed to fostering diversity and inclusion and has previously engaged as a member of the D&I board in the Mediterranean region. Her impactful contributions extend to mentoring and coaching young leaders within the company, nurturing their professional growth and advancement.

Majda holds a Master in Telecommunications and IT from INPT, Rabat and a Master of Business Administration from ENPC Paris-EHTP Casablanca.
