Vivek Sachdeva

Throughout his career, Sachdeva has worked in several countries across different continents before landing in the UAE.  Previously Sachdeva has headed up business control function for business area networks in Stockholm and he was a commercial director and controller based in Austria working with customers across multiple countries in Central Europe

Sachdeva has more than 20 years of extensive experience in commercial management and finance functions. He started his career with Ericsson in 2002 as a Pricing Manager in India, and then in finance he quickly grew up to lead his own team within the organization for financial planning, reporting and governance.

Key roles he has held include Commercial Director of Customer Unit (CU), Head of Contract Management and Pricing Manager, where he worked closely with customers and concluded substantial deals. He also held CU controller and company controller roles, ensuring financial governance and compliance for tax, treasury and accounting functions

Sachdeva is a Chartered Accountant (India), Certified Public Accountant (USA) and holds a master’s in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics & Business and the Carlson School of Management, Minnesota, U.S.
