Sena Erten

Prior to her appointment as Head of People within Ericsson Middle East Africa, Sena Erten was the Head of People for Middle East & Africa at Mondelēz International, an American multinational confectionery, food, and beverage company.

Sena has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources leadership in emerging and developed markets and in multiple industries. Sena started her career in the automotive industry at Volkswagen and then moved to Nortel where she held positions in Turkey and the UK. She then worked in the tobacco and pharmaceutical industries before joining Mondelēz International.  Throughout her career, Sena has played a key role in developing inspirational leaders across the businesses she worked, driving employee engagement and building high-performance cultures. She is skilled in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Capability Building and Change Leadership.

Sena was born in Turkey and has a Master of Arts degree in Guidance and Psychological Counseling from Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey.
