Trial offering

The Trial Offering will include any copies, updates and upgrades thereof, and all such information and data relating thereto, which may be provided by Ericsson from time to time during the term of the Agreement, regardless of in which format provided or disclosed.

Evaluation purpose

For Customer’s internal demonstration, test and evaluation purposes and not for any commercial purposes.

Term of right of access

The right of access granted under Section 2.1 of the Agreement is time-limited to [X days] starting from [the effective date of the Agreement or a later date defined herein].

Term of the Agreement

[Indicate the period but not longer than 12 months] starting from [the effective date of the Agreement or a later date defined herein], after which the Agreement automatically expires without notice.

Charges and payment terms

The Trial Offering shall be provided at a discount of [INSERT DISCOUNT] by Ericsson for the Term of Right of Access (as specified above). For the avoidance of doubt, any right to access granted under Section 2.1 of the Agreement shall be deemed a paid-up access right.

Each party is responsible for its own costs and expenses in relation to this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed.
