Therefore, Ericsson has put in place strategic competence development programs, such as technical trainings and certifications in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and automation, in addition to trainings on 5G networks, security and project management. For the teams working in Managed Services, for example, the ambition is to upskill 80% of our team by end of 2025, before these competencies are needed in the industry. Furthermore, we have mentoring programs, external learning platforms, webinars sharing knowledge across departments and young talent forums.
