Concept
We clearly outline the requirements of each job role, so that expectations and performance are understood for every role, right across our organization.

Stages
Demonstrates how an individual can develop and progress within their role, taking on more responsibility, improving their own performance and demonstrating clear leadership.

Competence
Each role profile includes specific competencies which are also tailored to each function and region.

The career and competence model ensures that career opportunities and competence requirements in the whole organization are transparent to line managers and employees. So it’s a vital part of ensuring that you can enjoy an exceptional career experience, enabling informed decisions about how you develop to make the most of your Ericsson future.
