Occupational health and safety for suppliers

Ericsson launched a new target in 2021 that aims for zero fatalities and lost-workday incidents. This applies to all employees and anyone working on Ericsson’s behalf, including our suppliers’ employees.
This target demonstrates Ericsson’s strong commitment to health, safety, and well-being and that nothing but zero is acceptable.
Ericsson Care is the company’s holistic program for health, safety and well-being that will enable us to achieve Target Zero. Prevention is at the heart of the safety-focused culture we are creating through Ericsson Care. An important part of this is to be caring partners to our suppliers.
Within the Ericsson Care program, two courses have been launched to introduce Target Zero and Ericsson Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Requirements for our suppliers:
- Introduction to Ericsson Occupational Health and Safety Requirements for Supplier Managers
- Introduction to Ericsson Occupational Health and Safety Requirements for Supplier Employees.
These high-level orientations are intended to be used by Ericsson’s Suppliers engaged in high risk activities.
The courses are available on Ericsson Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). Please reach out to your Ericsson contact to get access to VLE.
