Ericsson Graduate Program

Our program. Your career.

Currently the Ericsson Graduate Program runs for 12 months. The initial 2 weeks is an introduction to the business and key stakeholders. The Graduates will subsequently complete 2 rotations across the business, in various areas, suited to their ambitions and skill set, each lasting around 6 months. The rotations undertaken during the program provide Graduates with the opportunity to diversify their skills, meet new people and utilize their knowledge across various areas of the organization.

Important elements of the selection criteria are:

  • Must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status
  • High level academic achievement (academic transcripts or summary of results to date must be included)
  • Evidence of leadership roles and achievements at school, University or in outside interests would be highly regarded
  • Candidates must be completing their initial degree or honours level qualification by the end of 2020. Candidates completing higher-level qualifications will also be considered
